Our Pledge to You
Our dedicated design and manufacture team takes quality and customer care very seriously. Along with our authorised service network, they make every effort to ensure that our custom-made doors are long-lasting and highly functional.
Our product warranties
Conditions of warranty
All Roll-Fast Doors, Swing Doors, and Traffic Solid Core Doors supplied and fitted by M.T.I. Qualos Pty Ltd staff or appointed agents must be serviced in regular, six (6) month intervals to maintain warranty cover.
Any warranty work required will be carried out during normal working hours and only by operatives authorised by M.T.I. Qualos Pty Ltd.
No parts shall be fitted or any labour supplied to any of our products under the warranty period unless they are supplied and fitted by our authorised agents. Should the terms of the warranty not be adhered to, the warranty will be invalidated forthwith.
Warranty exclusions
Where any doors have been damaged by misuse or incorrect operation, the warranty will not apply.
This warranty is only applicable to products supplied and fitted by us or our agents in Australia.
